McQueen and Associates is an accounting and business consulting firm, founded by Hannah McQueen.
It is a boutique business that choses to work with businesses and business owners that are serious about unlocking their business’ financial capability.
As we know, it fairly easy to start a business. The reasons for starting a business can usually be broken down into the following things – become your own boss, make more money, change the world. As reality sets in, the vision can become harder to unlock and the result is that we become average in business.
While its easy to plod along in your business. Kiwis are great plodders. But if you want your business to shine, either taking it from average to awesome, or from awesome to “lets sell this mother fckr for what its really worth”, then you need to surround yourself with the right people.

Annual Compliance – including preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
Business Structuring – we have had extensive experience putting together business structures to suit a number of different business and personal situations, while at the same time considering risk minimisation.
Tax Planning – we work with our clients to help them better manage their tax obligations and support them through tax audit and tax arrears issues.
Staff Training – we have a number of half day and full day presentations suitable for non-accountants to help them better understand key finance and business strategy areas.
Business Coaching/Mentoring – a number of our clients enjoy monthly or bi-monthly catch ups to ensure they keep their business on track and address any issues in a timely manner.
Wealth Planning – we work alongside qualified financial advisors to assist our clients in putting together a portfolio that matches their income requirements and personal risk profile
